30-day window

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

how to start a return

1. Email returns@trademarkedthreads.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Drop your package at any carrier location.
4. Refunds process within 5 business days of receiving the return.

exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges ship free both ways. Let us know the swap you want when you reach out and we'll reserve the replacement.

final sale

Items marked final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

defects

We stand behind our construction. If a piece shows a manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll replace it on the house.
